A Pioneer in Urogynecology
Professor Dr Raheela Mohsin Rizvi is a consultant urogynecologist who specializes in pelvic floor disorders in females. She has a clinical experience in this field of around 30+ years, including 22 years of service at Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi. She has the honour of being the director of various educational programmes at AKU, including undergraduate MBBS, postgraduate residency programme OBGYN, and fellowship in Urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstructive surgery.
She deals with complicated cases of Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Urinary Incontinence, and Genitourinary fistulas. Her area of expertise also includes female sexual dysfunctions, sexually transmitted infections, recurrent urinary tract infections, and the sexual health of transgender individuals.
